The Short Form: The Omaha Tap House is a great place to stop for an after-work drink. It’s a great place to watch a game. And it’s got great burgers and an impressive beer list. It’s already pared down its menu, from true gastropub to better-than-normal sports bar, and I think it needs a bit more refinement. Some of the menu was good, some, not so hot.
