Dundee’s The French Bulldog

I’ve been waiting all summer for my neighborhood’s newest restaurant to open. Over the weekend, it did.

Mind you, this isn’t a review, as the World-Herald never reviews places before they’ve been open for at least a month. This is  just a girl whose excited about what will likely become a new neighborhood haunt for tons of people who live where I do.

We checked it out over the weekend — lots of other familiar faces from around the neighborhood were inside, too. The place is charming. Can you believe this used to be a Subway, of all things?

We tried a few items on the succinct menu and I had to have a Chris Engles cocktail. The one I had included house made limoncello.

The French Bulldog is at 5003 Underwood Ave. and is open Monday-Saturday.
402-505-4633.
