I should have done a better job documenting all the good food I ate this weekend at my in-laws farm in south central Nebraska. Instead, I relaxed.
There’s a new pool at the farm, which makes it incredibly easy to do just about nothing at all.
I dug this out of my husband’s childhood bookshelf and did the only responsible thing: read it.
I got a manicure and pedicure.
And I helped my mother-in-law make this rather amazing skillet hash and eggs for Sunday brunch. Then I ate it with a glass of wine.
