Review: Pana 88

Since I’m freshly back from China, I thought it would be fun to review an Asian restaurant, and Pana 88 fit the bill.

The short form: Pana 88 is a study in contrasts. I found soup and the above appetizer, scallion pancakes, that fit neatly in with what I ate in Beijing. But diners looking for an Americanized Chinese food experience can dine here, and enjoy it, too. The Pana wings, below, are people pleasers.
